My name is Simona Rakusa, and I am a trained sociologist and psychosocial counsellor. I moved to Upper Styria myself 10 years ago and have experienced the challenges of settling in firsthand. Today, I love living in this region, which has grown close to my heart. With my experience as a business consultant and project manager, I bridge the gap between the corporate and psychosocial worlds.

I have extensive experience in project management and intercultural projects in HR. I speak fluent English, German, Slovenian, and Croatian and can offer coaching, counselling, workshops, and activities in multiple languages. My focus is on supporting international talents to successfully settle and feel comfortable in Upper Styria.
